Although they dont officially support FreeBSD, I have found that the =
3ware
folks did accept trouble reports like this in the past.  It might just be=
 a
firmware issue with the rev you have.  Are you running the lastest =
firmware
from them ?

I dont run RAID5 anywhere, so I cant compare :-(
