Well, it may simply be a matter of taste, but it violates _my_ POLA when unrelated things are jumbled together. Although it is possible for experienced users (and determined beginners) to find their way through the current jumble, it isn't all that easy. I know that I'm asking for more than I'm likely to get, but if the point of docs is to make things clearer, making the docs themselves navigable seems like a good start. More to the point, the current mess will only get messier over time, as new annotation files, languages, and other ingredients are added. By organizing things now, we can avoid a far worse mess down the road. -r -- -- Rich Morin: rdm@cfcl.com, +1 650-873-7841, http://www.cfcl.com/rdm Prime Time Freeware: info@ptf.com, +1 408-433-9662, http://www.ptf.com MacPerl: http://www.macperl.com, http://www.ptf.com/ptf/products/MPPE MkLinux: http://www.mklinux.org, http://www.ptf.com/ptf/products/MKLP To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-doc" in the body of the message
