So the code in vxlan is a copy of HEAD plus additional patches that add the vxlan code. So, if you check out the code, and compile it as you would HEAD, you will get the feature... If you want to use it on a previous branch, you'll need to either use svn to possibly merge these chagnes to 10stable (I don't know how one would go about doing it, or even if it is possible to do), or to generate a patch against HEAD, and apply it to 10stable...
