miniperl and kernfs are definitely deprecated and should be removed - not
sure about the others in /sbin, but I would guess that they too are
deprecated.

/stand, as already mentioned, comes from src/release and is not built
during a buildworld.

Something that I have long thought would be a good idea is some mechanism
for having installworld (or maybe mergemaster) remove deprecated files.
