Here is how to reproduce this problem

Either libudev-devd or zstd, or both, should be installed before building
qt5-qmake.
Build and install qt5-qmake.
Build and install qt5-core using this qt5-qmake.

Then, by doing the opposite, this problem is resolved.

Remove both libudev-devd and zstd.
Rebuild and install qt5-qmake.
Rebuild and install qt5-core using this qt5-qmake.
In some cases, rebuild and install qt5-widgets as well.

This may save you from rebuilding everything in qt5 :)
