Hello,

I'm attempting to install FreeBSD 4.5 for the first time and I'm unable to
boot from the CD or from a floppy. I've also tried FreeBSD 4.4 and a 5.0
snapshot just for grins...neither worked. I get the spinning curser from the
boot loader and it hangs at "-" and stops reading the floppy. Here are the
specs for my box:

AMD Athlon 1.4
Giga-byte GA-7DXR with Promise PDC20265 IDE RAID controller (I'm striping
two IBM 60GB 60GXPs)
Pioneer DVD-116
512MB of DDR RAM
