The arbitrary discrimination against web browsers which aren't IE or maybe Netscape on companies' sites which offer services such as online banking has been of much concern to me recently. How about collecting a list of "good" and "bad" providers and perhaps leveraging some weight of numbers to attempt to persude some of the more backward ones that things like "We support IE 5.5 on Windows 95" is neither appropriate for a web site nor is it good business.
