Machine type is 2645-4EU http://www-3.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/quickPath.do?quickPathEntry=2645-4EU&quickPathEntry.x=5&quickPathEntry.y=7 When I do a dmesg it reports: CPU: Intel Pentium III (135.87-MHz 686-class CPU) Origin = "GenuineIntel" Id = 0x681 Stepping = 1 Features=0x383f9ff I have tried recompiling the kernel with only I686 to no avail.
