Thanks Jim/Brian,

Got this message:

LINK COUNT FILE I=6280 OWNER=root MODE=20640
SIZE=0 MTIME=Nov 30 16:06 2000 COUNT 1 SHOULD BE 2
ADJUST? (yn)

I entered "y" then tried "yes".  Even "n" or "no" did not work.  In both
cases I pressed the enter key.  I noticed that any time I pressed "enter"
the "LINK FILE COUNT" increases by one (1)
