People, don't event think 'bout porting FreeBSD to another platform... ;-) As You can see on http://www.openbsd.org/ and http://www.netbsd.org/ there is many platforms for OpenBSD and NetBSD. So what? FreeBSD is more concentrated on one platform - and it's good and stable. The question is - 90% for that IBM has compiled they DB/2 binaries for sparc processor, not for x86. But if I can found DB/2 binaries for Solaris/x86 - what I need to emulate Solaris ? Where to look for information, where I should ask Q's ? Thanx! -- Solik.
