The man page seems to be fine, so I just changed the port Makefile to redirect those messages to /dev/null. There are so many of them, and they are pretty confusing, and since the man page is created correctly anyway, I don't think it's a problem to suppress them. Please try: cd /usr/ports/security/logcheck && make install clean man logcheck Do you see the man page correctly?
