For example, - emulators/dolphin-emu doesn't ship keys thus built on the package cluster - multimedia/libdvdcss generates keys thus restricted via LICENSE=DMCA Many distros (with binary packages) still ship yuzu. Those that did remove it appear to be in the same self-sabotaging camp (i.e., backed by a for-profit).
