Most probably it's

/usr/X11R6/bin/xscreensaver-hacks/interference*

In my experience it's not especially unusual for xscreensaver hacks to
occasionally bomb out on any platform; unless there's some other reason
to suspect a problem, I'd not worry about it too much.
