No, this might fix _one_ problem for which one PR exists (PR 12596), and which I can't reproduce and which nobody else has tried to reproduce except where a known-buggy version of inetd is in use. I'm not saying that this doesn't fix a problem, it would just have been nice if you hadn't sidelined the support / debugging process like this. Ciao, Sheldon.
