Add the following line in /boot/loader.conf:
ng_ubt_load=3D"YES"

This driver should be loaded in kernel _before_ USB unumeration.

Class 239/2 is USB Video Class compliant web camera. UVC is not supported i=
n FreeBSD [yet?].

1st thing you should do is updating your system BIOS. If it doesn't help, y=
ou may try to repair AML code by hand (see FreeBSD handbook for further ins=
tructions) or, at last, write on freebsd-acpi@ about this problem.
