Add the following line in /boot/loader.conf:
ng_ubt_load="YES"

This driver should be loaded in kernel _before_ USB unumeration.

Class 239/2 is USB Video Class compliant web camera. UVC is not supported in FreeBSD [yet?].

1st thing you should do is updating your system BIOS. If it doesn't help, you may try to repair AML code by hand (see FreeBSD handbook for further instructions) or, at last, write on freebsd-acpi@ about this problem.
