This issue I complained about is with nearly every client I use under X - and that includes Firefox. This 'issue' renders a bunch of FreeBSD boxes around here unusable, only those with non-G80 derived graphics boards seem to be not infected by the problem, but every box with FreeBSD (mostly 7.0/7.1). By the way, the Linux boxes, especially the Gentoo-boxes, with also the open source nv-driver DO NOT SHOW this problem.
