Hi *, I'm not able to use accentuated characters in gnome-terminal, while everything is fine using the console. The problem seems to be: GNOME Terminal: locale not understood by C library, internationalization will not work (gnome-terminal:16587): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library. Using the fallback 'C' locale. (gnome-terminal:16587): Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by C library Gnome is localized in italian and I've also set the LANG and MM_CHARSET variables in csh.login. Suggestions ? TIA, ngw -- checking for life_signs in -lKenny... no Oh my god, make (1) killed Kenny ! You, bastards ! nicholas_wieland-at-yahoo-dot-it ___________________________________ Yahoo!
