I forgot to send to the list an e-mail about this subject to mention that Amazon US announce me (May 9th) that my order was at shipping stage. I will resend an e-mail when receiving item: this will be an indication to European people of this list of how long it take to get the book in Europe by Amazon (don't know if it is available elsewhere in France for example). Order placed: May 3rd Shipping: May 9th Receiving: ? -- Frédéric
