This is just All Wrong.

In particular, you're on the other side of a PCI-PCI bridge that doesn't 
seem to have any interrupt routing set up.  I'm not sure what's going on 
here, yet, but the numbers above are just totally screwed.

Can you grab http://people.freebsd.org/~msmith/pir.c, compile/run it and 
send us the output?
