Perhaps somebody wants to investigate if some sort= of=20 packages-only, C based updater which does not need a local ports tree to wo= rk=20 is feasible. That could very well have a place in the base-system and also= =20 further promote and ease the use of binary packages. =2D-=20 ,_, | Michael Nottebrock | lofi@freebsd.org (/^ ^\) | FreeBSD - The Power to Serve | http://www.freebsd.org \u/ | K Desktop Environment on FreeBSD | http://freebsd.kde.org --Boundary-02=_rkO6A4olhvorSjd Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Description: signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQBA6OkrXhc68WspdLARAkB8AJ9xD1t1XLwuABQMjDlfpEu76UPoSQCcCAV+ 14M7Wq/IXd6JjYwRHGvlrtk= =WB4f -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --Boundary-02=_rkO6A4olhvorSjd--
