I don't believe that is an issue nowadays, since I am using an ISP who runs GateD and is multi-homed off SPRINT & AGIS, and is shortly going directly into MAE-East with a T3 line. I believe Dennis (dennis@etinc.com) has also explicitly stated (or one of his customers has) that they are using GateD to peer with both SPRINT and MCI.
