It seems that this broke runtime of dns/bind916 (at least for me).
Symptom: named crashes on an assert at the first query, sometimes
even directly on start. Assert message is
  critical: netmgr.c:1000: REQUIRE(worker->recvbuf_inuse) failed, back trace
plus a somewhat useless backtrace (no symbols in my build) and
  critical: exiting (due to assertion failure).

This took me a while to debug as I updated libuv and bind916 at the
same time and didn't realize bind was using libuv.

Just in case: my build should be clean, I use poudriere.

Can someone confirm or deny?
