I have had the same problems installing the apache13 port, then the mod_fp port, followed by the other facilities I would usually use. I have had had endless problems installing fp, and even to open fp webs, I have had issues. I have found that installing the apache13-fp port seems to do all the work, it allows fp to work, I can then add all the exta mods I need.
