I realize that (in part), since I updated (or tried to) my OpenSSH
"package" or "suite" of ssh stuff -- however, while I do have a
/usr/local/bin/ssh I don't think I have a /usr/local/bin/sshd

Nevermind, I'll just read up at OpenSSH's website for current releases.
