The PCCARD stuff already seems to have the ability to do this via DHCP. Look in /etc/pccard_ether from the PAO distribution. As for adding DEC chipset support to netboot, I don't think it would be impossible, I just don't have such a card at the moment, but I will look into borrowing one. I already have the programming docs (at least for the older chips). I suppose if you don't have a socket for a bootrom, you're still out of luck though. Martin
