I'm the author of a game called "bog" that is apparently packaged with the FreeBSD and NetBSD software distributions. Legal counsel for Hasbro, Inc., the owner of the copyrights and trademarks for the BOGGLE (tm) line of games, has indicated that "bog" may violate their copyrights and trademarks and has asked that it be removed from circulation. I have therefore removed it from its original ftp site. Any web or ftp site possessing a copy of "bog" is likewise requested to withdraw it from circulation. I'd appreciate it if the responsible personnel at FreeBSD and NetBSD contact me. Thanks very much. Barry Brachman brachman@dss.bc.ca
