It certainly does, although for lists I read regularly anyways, a CC to me directly annoys me a bit (one more mail to delete manually)... A pity the Mail-Followup-To: header isn't a standard and therefore only supported by a few MUAs. It solves this problem very nicely, announcing to responders where they should direct their followups to. AFAIK, at least thunderbird, (neo)mutt and gnus support it, probably a few others as well. --=20 Felix Palmen <zirias@FreeBSD.org> {private} felix@palmen-it.de -- ports committer (mentee) -- {web} http://palmen-it.de {pgp public key} http://palmen-it.de/pub.txt {pgp fingerprint} 6936 13D5 5BBF 4837 B212 3ACC 54AD E006 9879 F231 --5rnksy3ueozgq2ym Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iNUEABYKAH0WIQRpNhPVW79IN7ISOsxUreAGmHnyMQUCZCK9cl8UgAAAAAAuAChp c3N1ZXItZnByQG5vdGF0aW9ucy5vcGVucGdwLmZpZnRoaG9yc2VtYW4ubmV0Njkz NjEzRDU1QkJGNDgzN0IyMTIzQUNDNTRBREUwMDY5ODc5RjIzMQAKCRBUreAGmHny MXx4AP9GGGKdtl4lwD3A9ntvmrhMnOsmXCkzUVDngfs9ybn8FQD9Ez1CJtOA+nY2 xJs2QmYggNwgXn7DxVX/IHAurZ4TjA8= =Un9I -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --5rnksy3ueozgq2ym--
