Aah, this is a separate issue. The other items I removed are not implemented, and they never have been implemented since the creation of the login.conf manpage six years ago. A little while ago, I was thinking about writing a daemon to enforce some accounting limits. If I ever get around to writing one and manage to get it integrated into the base system, I will be sure to document it in the appropriate place. FWIW, ports/sysutils/blimitd adds support for one of these options, but I think the general consensus is that system manpages should not document third-party utilities.
