	how about 4 lists:

	founders:	closed, never to be changed, the past is past
	core team:	
	staff:		not core but regular, on-going participants
			that are essential personnel
	contributors:	all other helpers/contributors


hmmmmm.....this seems rather self-serving. ;((

want to find a way to recognize those individual who contribute all the 
time but are not core team, folks like: peter wemm, stefan esser, etc who 
have responsibility for a significant chunk....(anyone using sendmail, 
bind, ncr controller ??? ;^) )
