I feel that the last paragraph already includes what you are saying, so I do
not feel like there is a need to add one more thing to this list of *exampl=
es*.

The porter's handbook WILL NEVER be a ISO9001 certified book where all poss=
ible
cases are spelled out in length.  It is a guide, explaining the rules, and
giving examples where required. It does, however, requires that the committ=
ers
to understand all those rules, so that they can apply them, and correct
porter's submissions when needed.
