OK, then, I'm a little lost.  Why would moving to bzip2 compression be a big
problem, then?  People with older systems that don't support bzip2 can still
compile and install ports normally - they just can't download a pre-compiled
package.  Is this correct?  So, other than some time compiling, they're not
actually losing anything at all, are they?
