STORAGE SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Experience in all aspects of software design, development, testing and
support, with particular emphasis on storage and storage management
EDUCATION
MSCS or equivalent experience
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Design of major software components, internal architecture, participation in
programming team, responsibility for timely ship of product.
PRIMARY SKILLS & HUMAN FACTORS REQUIRED
Program architecture, design and implementation in C, C++. Excellent verbal
and written communication skills.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/CONDITIONS
Knowledge of storage hardware and software internals, including one or more
of disk controller architectures, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, Windows kernel
internals and/or driver design

SAN GUI ENGINEER
Experience in all aspects of software design, development, testing and
support, with particular emphasis on graphical user interface development
EDUCATION
MSCS or equivalent experience
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Design of major software components, internal architecture, participation in
programming team, responsibility for timely ship of product.
PRIMARY SKILLS & HUMAN FACTORS REQUIRED
Program architecture, design and implementation in Java, C, C++ and
Microsoft Foundation Classes. Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/CONDITIONS
Proven ability to design and implement Windows GUI components of a major
product.

PERFORMANCE TEST ENGINEER
As a Performance Test Engineer, you will be in charge of implementing and
performing system/component measurement and modeling studies to characterize
the
performance, price/performance, availability, recoverability, and
scalability of
new storage networking platforms. Responsibilities will include:
  Developing test programs, scripts and tools for documenting performance

  Writing test plans and schedules

  Defining new performance benchmarks

  Implementing test suites against industry standard and other benchmarks
for
  performance bottleneck detection

  Documenting test results and publishing them to all appropriate parties

  Working closely with development teams in driving the resolution of
  performance problems
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  3-5 years relevant industry experience

  Experience with Tcl/Tk, Perl, Shell, C/Unix programming

  Experience and/or graduate course work in networking, database systems,
I/O
  architecture, and distributed file systems

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  BS/MS degree in EE/CS/CE
