(USR Sportster 28k8 voice modem, iijppp, predictor 1 compression enabled, although from `show proto' output it may be using VJ compression instead) My POINT was that I have not noticed a slowdown, as if binary transfer rates have dropped off for some reason, then (I would have thought) text rates would have too...
