Well it is built in on this chip.  I'm adding code to check to see if
it is the D-Link part only via:

        if (pci_get_vendor(dev) == DL_VENDORID &&
            pci_get_device(dev) == DL_DEVICEID_550TX &&
            phy != 0)
                return (0);

If someone has a Sundance chip to test they can change it if needed.
