Hello:

We are having a problem with one of our boxes trying to su to root. We
have added the appropriate user id's to the wheel group in /etc/group
however when a su is attempted, we get the following error:

login_getclass: unknown class 'root'

BAD SU adam to root on /dev/ttyp1

then a simple sorry.

This appears on the terminal screen.

this is the output of uname -a for version #

FreeBSD cronus.netsonic.com 2.2.2-RELEASE FreeBSD 2.2.2-RELEASE #0: Tue
May 20 10:45:24 GMT 1997
jkh@time.cdrom.com:/usr/src/sys/compile/GENERIC i386

Appreciate any suggestions for this.

Thanks
Adam
