I installed 9.1 on new node and compiled from ports.
It took a long time, which I want to avoid right now.
Here is what I consider as steps for 9.2:
freebsd-update upgrade -r 9.2-RELEASE
freebsd-update install
nextboot -k GENERIC
freebsd-update install
portsnap fetch
portsnap extract
do all pkg steps
freebsd-update install
kernel rebuild
reboot
I might be making some misunderstandings in order of
this?
