I've got an 800GB SCSI-IDE RAID box[0] with a single UFS file system with about 520GB of mirrors on it and it fscks in ~40min. I am still intrested in improvements to fsck since I'm planning to buy several systems with two 1.4TB IDE RAID5 arrays in them soon. -- Brooks Promise UltraTrak RM8000 with 8 120GB disks in a RAID5. --=20 Any statement of the form "X is the one, true Y" is FALSE.
