Chinese version have some tricks:
1. X11 must have chinese fonts named : kai or song, or OO.o UI may not
correctly display chinese chars.
2. SOLAR_USER_RTL_TEXTENCODING=70 have to set, or OO.o would not input
correctly chinese chars from XIM server
