pwd.db and spwd.db are created by pwd_mkdb from your master.passwd. Just
run vipw on the new system, copy lines from old master.passwd to the new
system's master.passwd, and vipw will take care of running pwd_mkdb for
you. You may have issues regarding MD5 vs. DES passwords.
