 hi,

i double checked everything again, but i could not reproduce this.
everything is working fine with 3.0.6 for me.
domain control (primary and backup), the different passdb backends, printing
and file serving are working for FreeBSD, Linux and Windows clients.

on the samba ML's is noone has reported such a behavior.

when this port gets updated there is one more thing todo.

 1. download the new samba.schema file wich contains some fixes and
     additional attributes from
     http://samba.org/~jerry/patches/post-3.0.6/samba.schema
and place it in the files/ directory

 2. add the following line to the ports Makefile in the post-patch section
     @${CP} ${FILESDIR}/samba.schema ${WRKDIR}/${DISTNAME}/examples/LDAP/

 regards
 joerg
