www bug report system

Regarding the bug report webpages, this could be done:
* no change for the updating of webpages. [An attacker might
then call google.com onto the new pages]

* some software calculates a suspicion figure which then can
   (1) active an alert and (2) slow down outgoing e-mail,

* some scheme for deleting the information exists.

If there was GIFs to read, then could slow an attack to about
1 message per minute, perhaps.

What list would this go to?.

My ISP has a website here: http://www.quicksilver.net.nz/ "QSI"

No IP number for this: "quicksilver.net.nz".

QSI's dial-in e-mail addresses seems to have gone to here:
   http://www.q-biz.co.nz/index.html

When I use my main e-mail address:
    research@ijs.co.nz
then no e-mail comes back.

This is a log file of when I send e-mail. It shows nothing

I wrote to Mr Jonathan Bresler in the last 12hrs saying that I
abandoned my request for the reasoning of August 2002 to start
the black-hol loss problem.

I don't know if Mr Jonathan Bresler is still with FreeBSD.
