But sometimes I get the message: Feb 16 14:40:48 host named[78]: Lame delegation to '' from [193.78.240.1] (server for ''?) on query on name 'a' This time it happend when I tried a name lookup from another station than the host on our own LAN. The host routed it to 193.78.240.1 because its own nameserver didn't know 'a'. 193.78.240.1 is the name server from my internet-provider. Does anyoe know what 'lame delegation' means? Also the empty strings ('') don't seem right to me? Bye!
