(After several weeks of no problems, the machine went down on a kernel panic. It rebooted fine, went through the full boot sequence, printed the login prompt to the console,and immediately rebooted. The boot sequence completed, at which time the machine rebooted itself. This happened ~20 times.) (running FreeBSD 2.1.5-RELEASE #0 - the second, good release, P100, IDE, 16M, kernel.GENERIC) After the initial kernel panic, the machine rebooted itself immediately after completing the boot sequence. I power-cycled the machine, etc and saw the same behavior ~20 times. How can I get a better idea of what caused the initial panic? Or of what could have caused the machine to automatically reboot?
