So less "no dma(8)", and more "no default MTA at all; make them select one"?

Replace sendmail with a dialog that installs the user's MTA of choice, 
which ports/pkgs has many to choose from. IMO we are replacing one bloat 
with other.

At the very least there should be a knob not to build/install dma.

P.S. Not related to this discussion, my choice of MTA BTW is one package 
for exterior facing servers and another for internal boxes.
