Hi,

This week's progress:

- Two special cases (authentication, output on client's stdout) are
properly handled now
- The server is threaded
- Duplicate requests are handled correctly now, i.e redundant
downloads are not made

I've just started work on checksum verification. This week is a buffer
for DMS as per the schedule. So, I'll use to finish checksum
verification and fix any other leftover things.
