I was at 115200 and stepped down to 57600 to see if that made any difference and it didn't. Yep time to write PR. before you do that, try setting the DTE speed to 115200.. at 57600, with data compression and what not, it is possible the modem is sending a bit faster than that. give it a shot, at least.
