Hi Simon Shapiro; On 30-Oct-97 you wrote:

Yup we are. I added a simple routine to the DPT driver; at one second
intervals, it forces the interrupt service routine to run. If there was no
interrupt pending, we do nothing. If there was, we conplain and increment
a counter. Here are the results since last night boot:

Oct 30 08:39:04 sendero /kernel.sendero-smp: dpt 0: 37 lost Interrupts
Recovered
Oct 30 08:44:54 sendero /kernel.sendero-smp: dpt 1: 126 lost Interrupts
Recovered

I would not pay all that much attention to the smp issue; we are getting
the exact same thing with a UP kernel.
