I added a simple routine to the DPT driver; at one second intervals, it forces the interrupt service routine to run. If there was no interrupt pending, we do nothing. If there was, we conplain and increment a counter. Here are the results since last night boot: Oct 30 08:39:04 sendero /kernel.sendero-smp: dpt 0: 37 lost Interrupts Recovered Oct 30 08:44:54 sendero /kernel.sendero-smp: dpt 1: 126 lost Interrupts Recovered I would not pay all that much attention to the smp issue; we are getting the exact same thing with a UP kernel. --- If Microsoft Built Cars: Every time they repainted the lines on the road, you'd have to buy a new car.
