I use a netgroup file and it creates: -rw------- 1 root bin 40960 Mar 19 16:26 netgroup -rw------- 1 root bin 40960 Mar 19 16:26 netgroup.byhost -rw------- 1 root bin 40960 Mar 19 16:26 netgroup.byuser under the /var/yp/Domain_Name directory.
