These are for people who are considering sending requests for help to -questions. You can find them at http://www.blackhelicopters.org/~dispatch/report/ I would appreciate any comments on on what I've missed, especially from anyone who can actually solve in-depth, honest-to-god *problems* of this sort. Note that these are just on specifics for the particular problems -- i.e, what should be in a NIC report that doesn't normally appear in a generic problem report. I've chosen to call these "Help Request Guidelines" rather than "Problem report Guidelines" for two reasons. One, we already have PRs.
